Key Responsibilities:
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Warehouse Operations Management: Plan, monitor, and manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory functions, inbound receiving, and outbound shipments,
ensuring performance meets budgeted costs and service requirements.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Suppliers and Partners: Work closely with SOLshop merchants, partners and suppliers to maintain stock condition and availability.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Partners Pick Up Points: Manage network of partners pickup points to ensure customers satisfaction and great experience collecting their packages.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the warehouse team, including hiring, training, and managing staff performance, while fostering a positive work environment.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Inventory Control: Oversee accurate inventory management, including daily cycle counts, bin audits, stock adjustments, and control of high-value materials, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing losses.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance, global logistics processes, and company policies, conducting regular safety training and audits.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Process Improvement: Implement and manage continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity, while maintaining high standards in receiving, storage, and dispatch.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Budget and Cost Control: Manage warehouse budgets, control expenses, analyze variances, and identify cost-saving opportunities to maintain efficient operations.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Reporting and Communication: Provide regular performance reports and updates to senior management, and ensure effective communication with other departments and stakeholders to support seamless operations.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Logistics and Equipment Management: Oversee logistics functions, including transportation and vehicle fleet management, and maintain equipment and warehouse
conditions to ensure operational efficiency and high standards.Requirements
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, logistics, supply and or chain management
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f 8 or more years of experience in a senior operation role within an FMCG warehouse or packhouse environment.
