We are seeking a highly skilled and motivatedindividual to join our team as the Manager of our Partner Referral Program. As a leadingplayer in the industry, we offer innovative solutions and strive to foster strong relationshipswith our partners to drive revenue, growth and success.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to enhance adoption of our Partner ReferralProgram, ensuring continuous program improvement and increased partnerengagement. Develop and implement strategies to set up referral partners for continued success. Establish roadmap priorities and quarterly focuses. Identify and onboard new partners to expand the network and drive program reach. Nurture existing partner relationships to maximize their referral potential and increaseprogram participation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product, toalign program goals with overarching company objectives to establish sales successfunnels. Design and implement structured training and onboarding programs for new partners,ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the program and its benefits. Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, identifying areas for improvementand implementing corrective measures as needed. Act as the main point of contact for referral partners, addressing any inquiries orconcerns in a timely and professional manner. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to referral programs,making recommendations for program enhancements. Prepare regular reports and presentations on program performance andachievements for management and key stakeholders. Work collaboratively with marketing teams to establish cross-channel referralcampaigns and drive adoption by leveraging audiences. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the referralPartners.Requirements 5 years of experience in managing partner referral programs or similar roles inpartnerships and sales. Strong understanding of partner acquisition and engagement strategies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build andmaintain strong relationships with partners. Proficient in data analysis and metrics reporting. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational and project management skills. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
