Job Description

• Grade 12 and a Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (non-negotiable).
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or higher.
• At least 10 years of senior managerial experience leading quality operations on a global scale.
• Proven experience managing teams in the Insurance, Facilities, and Health sectors.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead in a fast-paced, continually changing environment.
• Expertise in quality systems (ISO, COPC).
• Experience with Minitab or other Six Sigma-related tools.
• Strategic mindset with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders internationally.
• Oversee Black Belt and Master Black Belt projects, ensuring successful execution and measurable outcomes.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of quality, innovation, and collaboration.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure consistent quality standards and regulatory compliance across all regions.
• Implement and manage quality systems and certifications (e.g., ISO, COPC) to meet internal and external requirements.
• Lead process improvement strategies aligned with the companys global objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
