Grade 12 and a Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (non-negotiable).
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or higher.
At least 10 years of senior managerial experience leading quality operations on a global scale.
Proven experience managing teams in the Insurance, Facilities, and Health sectors.
Strong project management skills and the ability to lead in a fast-paced, continually changing environment.
Expertise in quality systems (ISO, COPC).
Experience with Minitab or other Six Sigma-related tools.
Strategic mindset with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders internationally.
Oversee Black Belt and Master Black Belt projects, ensuring successful execution and measurable outcomes.
Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of quality, innovation, and collaboration.
Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure consistent quality standards and regulatory compliance across all regions.
Implement and manage quality systems and certifications (e.g., ISO, COPC) to meet internal and external requirements.
Lead process improvement strategies aligned with the companys global objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
