Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and results-driven individual. As a Merchant Cash Advance Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our clients sales team to achieve revenue targets and provide top-quality service to our clients.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to increase revenue and profitability
• Train and coach sales representatives to improve performance and productivity
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely processing of applications and funding
• Monitor and report on sales activities and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Conducting monthly performance reviews with KAMs.
• Effectively addressing customer complaints and timeously communicating feedback thereon to the COO.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required; Master's degree
• preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in merchant cash advance sales or similar role
• 3-5 years of experience in sales management or leadership role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes
• Familiarity with underwriting principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis
