Job Summary Responsibilities: Team Leadership and Management - Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business and groups wide objectives and market trends. - Lead and manage a team of sales managers and consultants across different sales channels, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. - Set clear sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and provide ongoing feedback to drive results and exceed targets. - Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the sales team. - Ensure team members are well-equipped to engage with leads effectively and provide valuable solutions. Campaign Management - Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies encompassing bond origination, life insurance, advice-based wills, real estate, WhatsApp-specific, and various cross-sell and up-sell campaigns. - Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to senior management on progress and results. - Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations. Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance - Ensure all sales activities adhere to relevant industry regulations and legislation. - Maintain quality assurance by implementing best practices and conducting regular audits of sales interactions. Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency - Proactively identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency within the sales teams. - Drive the implementation of enhancements to streamline workflows and enhance customer experiences. Skills Development - Encourage continuous learning and development to keep the team abreast of industry trends and best practices. Minimum Required Qualifications - Grade 12. - 150 FAIS credits (advantageous). - Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing; post-graduate Diploma in Financial Planning (CFP) or related business studies required. - Additional certifications or advanced degrees preferred. Minimum Required Experience - Minimum of 10 years' mid to senior-level experience in Life and Short-Term Insurance sales management, with a proven track record of driving sales performance and revenue growth. - Extensive knowledge of insurance products, services, and estate planning, including demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing effective sales strategies. - Experience in bond origination products and services would be beneficial. - Familiarity with the real estate and property sector would be beneficial. - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire teams, foster innovation, and achieve results. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Should you not receive a response within 10 working days, please consider your application as unsuccessfulTalent EvolutionRecruiter
