Job SummaryKey Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans across the region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
  • Generate and analyze sales reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Mentor and develop junior sales team members
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • 5-6 years of senior sales experience in cement, mining, or chain manufacturing industries
  • Proven track record of successful sales in industrial B2B environment
  • Strong network within procurement and maintenance departments
  • Deep understanding of industrial equipment and solutions
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within South Africa and East Africa and Accommodation, Travelling & Food will be taking care of by the company.
Work Arrangement
