• Oversee the design and continuous improvement of curricula that integrate practical entrepreneurship skills with rigorous academic analysis.
• Establish partnerships with business communities, investors, and alumni to support start-up incubation and provide real-world exposure to students.
• Lead fundraising efforts to secure resources for scholarships, program enhancements, and faculty research.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages cross-disciplinary research and learning opportunities.
• Manage the recruitment, retention, and development of faculty and staff with entrepreneurial and academic expertise.
• Represent the school in national and international forums, enhancing its reputation as a leader in entrepreneurship education.
• Monitor trends in entrepreneurship education and adapt programs to keep pace with global developments.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field; PhD preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in launching and managing successful business ventures.
• Extensive experience in academic administration with a strong record in teaching and research in entrepreneurship.
• Ability to network effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including business leaders, venture capitalists, and academic peers.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to promote the school, attract funding, and engage industry partners.
