to lead our efforts in creating user-centered, impactful experiences.




About the Role:

As the Head of Service Design, you will:


Build and mentor a team committed to research and service design excellence. Lead user research initiatives to provide actionable insights for product, service, and organizational strategy. Facilitate conversations with various stakeholders to champion collaborative, user-centered design and data-led decision-making. Develop communication artifacts to support these initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:




Ensure the design and delivery of internal and supported partner services are informed by a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and experiences. Champion the voice of end users and bridge strategy and implementation to drive cohesive and impactful experiences. Improve user experience, satisfaction, and engagement.

Minimum Requirements:




Degree in design, research, anthropology, or a related field. Minimum of 8+ years of related experience. Ability to engage with and facilitate between diverse stakeholders and customers, from youth to internal and external executives. Experience leading, growing, and mentoring design, research, or product teams. Experience designing complex, cross-channel experiences, preferably including social impact or public sector experience.
