Job Description
A world leader in its field of specialization, offering a variety of financial products, is seeking a Head of Software Development to spearhead their strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with their business processes.What You Will Focus on:
- Software development and management
- Vendor & partnership management
- Strategic leadership & innovation
- Stakeholder engagement & cross-functional collaboration
- Compliance, security & risk management
- Budget and resource management
- Team leadership & development
- Integration & optimization
- A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; an advanced Degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) is preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, TOGAF) are advantageous.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a senior leadership role within software development, ideally in the software or IT services industry.
- Demonstrable experience in software application management and overseeing major system transitions.
- A solid track record of delivering transformation projects and managing vendor relationships effectively.
