Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the strategic plan for StudyAll, aligning with Regenesys Business Schools mission to provide transformative education.
• Develop and manage partnerships with NGOs, governmental bodies, and other stakeholders to enhance program reach and efficacy.
• Oversee the development and implementation of an efficient and accessible online learning platform tailored to the needs of disadvantaged students.
• Implement a sustainable financial model where students contribute a small monthly fee during their studies, ensuring the program's longevity and impact.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to enhance student outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Lead fundraising initiatives to secure additional resources and program expansion.
• Represent StudyAll in public forums, conferences, and media to raise awareness and advocate for educational accessibility.
• Build and lead a team committed to the mission of transforming lives through education.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience in the education sector, with a significant focus on educational technology and innovative learning solutions.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale educational programs aimed at improving access for disadvantaged populations.
• Strong understanding of the financial mechanisms involved in educational funding and student finance models.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
• Deep commitment to educational equity and innovation.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
