Duties and responsibilities:
Extensive experience in the telecommunications industry including at least some supply side experience and exposure.
Commercial and business acumen and experience.
Industry-specific competency and expertise in telco site design, build and maintenance.
Business process experience, including budgeting, reporting and utilising ERP systems.
Familiarity and experience of using personal productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google or similar.
Proven ability to work in a team context.

Develop and refine the product strategy in alignment
with the company's overall goals and market trends. This involves understanding customer needs, competitive analysis, and technology trends in the telecommunications industry. * Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the vision and direction for the company's product portfolio. This involves prioritising features and enhancements through acquisition, R&D and partnerships based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment on product goals, timelines, and priorities. Collaborate with these teams to bring products to market efficiently and effectively.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to retirement. This includes product planning, development, launch, and ongoing support and maintenance.
Conduct market analysis and research to identify
emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats. Use this information to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions. * Act as the voice of the customer within the organisation,gathering feedback and insights to improve products and drive customer satisfaction continuously. * Drive revenue and profitability growth through effective product management strategies. This involves setting pricing strategies, managing product margins, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of product initiatives. Continuously monitor and analyse product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
Build and lead a high-performing product management team. Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members to foster their growth and success.
Ensure that products comply with relevant regulatory
requirements and industry standards, especially in the telecommunications sector, where compliance is critical. * Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors,suppliers, and technology partners to enhance the company's product offerings and capabilities. * Identify and mitigate product development, launch, and ongoing operations risks.
