Job Description


  • Responsible for the overall TopUsed vehicle operations, inventory control & strict day turn
  • Determine potential buyers and ensure follow up by Sales employees
  • Handle vehicle inventory, analyse market needs and prepare stock of vehicles
  • Develop incentive schemes, sales training meetings and prepare standards of product knowledge
  • Organize used vehicle sales teams & update salespeople daily on all advertising campaigns & offers
  • Prepare and administer an annual operating forecast and budget for the used vehicle sales department
  • Manage the residual values and buyback/trade back portfolio
  • Manage and motivate the TopUsed team to meet and exceed company goals and objectives
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Skills: Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills Good understanding of operational aspects of the business Good financial knowledge Analytical and strategic skills to identify problems thereafter solve them Work independently though being a team player Work well under pressure and maintain good customer relations Leadership and organisational skills Able to work cross-functionally with teams in other business units Able to explain complex engineering information in a clear way Capable of critical thinking Must have a strong technical background Experience: Sales experience within the heavy commercial vehicles industry - 10 years Management experience - 10 years Inventory Control - 5 years High Volume sales experience - 5 years
