Responsible for the overall TopUsed vehicle operations, inventory control & strict day turn
Determine potential buyers and ensure follow up by Sales employees
Handle vehicle inventory, analyse market needs and prepare stock of vehicles
Develop incentive schemes, sales training meetings and prepare standards of product knowledge
Organize used vehicle sales teams & update salespeople daily on all advertising campaigns & offers
Prepare and administer an annual operating forecast and budget for the used vehicle sales department
Manage the residual values and buyback/trade back portfolio
Manage and motivate the TopUsed team to meet and exceed company goals and objectives
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Skills: Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills Good understanding of operational aspects of the business Good financial knowledge Analytical and strategic skills to identify problems thereafter solve them Work independently though being a team player Work well under pressure and maintain good customer relations Leadership and organisational skills Able to work cross-functionally with teams in other business units Able to explain complex engineering information in a clear way Capable of critical thinking Must have a strong technical background Experience: Sales experience within the heavy commercial vehicles industry - 10 years Management experience - 10 years Inventory Control - 5 years High Volume sales experience - 5 years
