Job Description
A well-known Financial Services Company is seeking an accomplished Head of Treasury. The individual must have experience in working with the Big 4 banks and portfolios far beyond a couple of Billion Rands in value.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Instruments in the capital market (Listed Bond program, Asset Backed securitisation, various structured loans with local and international banks).
- Managing all Forex related transactions across the business.
- Leading Treasury initiatives to develop and improve processes and improve efficiency.
- Preparing and providing reports to senior management on Treasury matters as appropriate.
- CA(SA), CFA
- 5 or more years of experience in Treasury positions (Of which 3 years must be managerial)
- Capital Raising and Forex Experience
