We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Treasury to join our finance team!Job & Company Description:The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with banking experience and a proven track record in treasury management. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity management, risk management, and financial planning. The Head of Treasury will play a critical role in optimizing our financial performance and managing our financial risks effectively.Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Chartered Accountant (South Africa) qualification is mandatory
- 3 to 5 years of experience in treasury management, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong understanding of banking operations and financial markets
- Develop and implement treasury strategies to optimize cash flow and liquidity management
- Monitor and manage the company's cash position and forecast cash requirements
- Execute funding and financing activities, including debt issuance and bank relationship
