To manage product P&L performance to support Product and Relationship Banking in achievement of our strategy to outperform. The role is accountable for the end-to-end product management and product performance.Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree Specializing in Accounting, Finance, Business Economics

• Additional Previous banking experience preferably in a product management role
• Experience in product development and management
• Excellent understanding of how to commercialise a product and mobilise front line teams to ensure the performance of the product.
• Project management experience
• A thorough working knowledge of a Transactional Banking environment with good exposure to Transactional products (deposits, lending and some domestic issuance product knowledge) and the value chain Experience in client facing sales / solution environments. Maintain a network of key stakeholders to enable sales and servicing of clients
