To be accountable for taking inbound demand (e.g., general banking, card service, home loans, Biz Direct, Segment Banking, Self Service Banking, email, VAF, limits and authorisations, origination, sales, lost or stolen card cancellations) from clients (e.g., email, telephone, letter, social media, etc.) To sense what problems clients, want resolved in order to improve the capability of response.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
First Degree Business Commerce

Experience

Digital & eCommerce, CHNW
Personal and Private Banking
8-10 years experience within a Call Centre environment, understanding the banks products and services.
Contact centre management, operations and previous branch experience.
