Health Safety Environment Co-ordinator (HSE)Port Elizabeth xe2x80x93 Eastern CapeOur client in the automotive manufacturing industry require an experienced HSE to cover their plants in Port Elizabeth. To implement, maintain and improve Health, Safety and Environmental systems; processes and procedures to comply with local and international standards in order to minimise the level of accidents, incidents and to mitigate risk to the production environment.Responsibilities include;Maintenance and implementation of HSEE policies and proceduresDrive and co-ordinate xe2x80x9cTotal Safety Culturexe2x80x9dImplementation and maintain ISO14001 and OHSA 18001Internal HSEE audits (conduct, track, manage)Co-ordination and Management of HSEE Committee MeetingsFacilitating statutory appointmentsHSEE Inductions (new employees and contractors)Implement and facilitate emergency preparedness proceduresManagement and support for IODxe2x80x99sRequirements;Matric (NQF 4)Qualification: Health and Safety relatedNEBOSH / SAMTRAC (Advantageous)Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental Standards (ISO14001/OHSA 18001)5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Health and Safety in an automotive environmentComputer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
