Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Retail Health and Safety Officer to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and customers. The successful candidate will oversee health and safety compliance, conduct regular inspections, and implement safety procedures in our store.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular health and safety audits and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train staff on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Investigate and report on incidents or accidents.
- Previous experience in a health and safety role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
