Job Description
Minimum Experience:
- SA Citizen
- Grade 12 - Mandatory
- 12+ months call center experience
- Soft skills & telecommunication experience - advantageous
- Computer literate - MS Office Suite
- Good articulation of the English language (Spoken & Written)
- 9 hours rotational between 3pm to 3 am (USA hours)
- Monday to Sunday -= 5 days on and 2 x days off
- Base salary: R7945.69
- Allowance: R1 054.00
- Less medical aid R764.00 & 5% Provident fund
