Job Description
Our client, a World-renowned BPO in Cape Town, is looking for Healthcare Customer Advisors to join their growing team.As a Healthcare Customer Advisor, you will handle majorly inbound. Ensure a positive customer experience and maintains an in-depth knowledge of customer needs.Essential Functions
- Addressing incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries
- Assist customer with complex benefit questions, resolving issues, and educating healthcare members
- Strong attention to detail and complex problem-solving skills
- Effective communication, empathy and motivational skills
- Must have a National Senior Certificate (Matric Certificate)
- Must have a Clear Credit record, none negotiable
- Must have a Clear Criminal record, none negotiable
- Must be willing to work night shift, none negotiable
- Must have healthcare experience
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology and concepts used in US health insurance
- Clear written and verbal communication with CEF Level B2
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 14h00 - 02h00
- Night shift allowance of R1000
- Medical Aid contribution R764
