We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Support Specialist.Our client is a leading healthcare consulting firm based in Johannesburg, specializing in comprehensive healthcare solutions and employee benefits, committed to delivering exceptional service and tailored strategies to meet client needs.This role involves managing administrative tasks within the Healthcare department, coordinating with service providers, and assisting with employee benefits tasks, all while maintaining professional and efficient client communication.Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Duties: Manage and execute all administrative tasks within the Healthcare department.
• Transaction Recording: Accurately input all transactions into our Workflow system.
• Coordination: Arrange visitations and presentations with service providers for Employer groups.
• Communication: Prepare internal and external communications, ensuring they comply with our branding policy.
• Client Liaison: Obtain information from clients and assist with general queries.
• Secretarial Functions: Handle various secretarial tasks and any ad hoc duties as required.
• Employee Benefits Support: Assist the Employee Benefits team with retirement fund tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum Matric non-negotiable
• Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare administration is essential.
• Experience in employee benefits is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Remuneration: R17 000 - R20 000 monthlyOffice hours: 08.00 - 17.00
