Job Summary Highly experienced Senior Project Manager: Germiston. Shop Fitting Industry. Salary between R 35 000.00 and R 65 000.00 (monthly), plus company benefits, depending on experience and qualifications. A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically in retail store construction. The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple retail store builds, ensuring the highest quality and client satisfaction in a fast-paced and highly pressured environment. This role is pivotal in managing complex projects, managing the project Dpt, and ensuring financial and timeline accountability. Project Planning & Initiation: Facilitate and present a full technical drawing pack, incorporating all service and design specifications. Define project scopes, budgets, and deliverables. Appoint and manage all third-party professionals. Appoint and co-ordinate all third-party Subcontractors: Flooring, Ceilings, Lighting, Electrical, Plumbing, Shopfronts, Signage. Partitions, AC, CCTV, Sound, Sensomatics.
