You will speak directly with motivated sellers--homeowners who need to sell quickly--and guide them through the acquisition process. Using a proven sales script, your role is to build trust, uncover motivations, and get contracts signed.

We equip our Closers with a steady stream of high-quality, warm, inbound PPC leads, eliminating the need for cold calling or prospecting. Our typical Closer achieves a successful close rate of 1 out of every 15 leads. We pride ourselves on providing the best marketing systems and technology available, streamlining the closing process. Additionally, we offer exceptional training, onboarding, and leadership, ensuring our team members thrive in their roles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct inbound and outbound calls to property owners.
Qualify leads and determine urgency/motivation.
Follow a structured sales script while building rapport.
Negotiate and structure property purchase agreements.
Respond to all assigned leads and close deals consistently.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate notes and statuses.
Schedule and conduct seller appointments.
Work closely with the Disposition team for handoff post-contract.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
Drive neighborhoods and generate new leads when needed.
Attend sales meetings and ongoing training.
Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
1-2 years of closing experience in sales; inside sales
Tech Skills:
Proficient in Google Docs and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). CRM experience required.
Sales Skills:
Proven ability to close sales and handle objections.
High energy, competitive, goal-driven, and persuasive.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to follow scripts but still engage in natural conversation.
Soft Skills:
Strong emotional intelligence and ability to connect with diverse personalities.
Entrepreneurial, team-oriented, and willing to take ownership.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Work Environment:
