They are seeking a dynamic and experienced PR Eng (Electrical) Engineer to join their elite team and drive the success of their large-scale 500MW plus solar projects.Key Responsibilities:Engineering Design and Oversight: Lead and oversee the engineering design of large-scale solar power plants (500MW+), ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.Certificate of Compliance (COC): Evaluate and sign off on Certificates of Compliance for various stages of the project, ensuring all regulatory and safety standards are met.Project Management: Manage the entire project lifecycle from initial design through to construction and commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Leadership and managementFinancial Modelling: Develop and analyze financial models to support project feasibility, investment decisions, and risk assessments.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, construction, and operations to ensure seamless project execution.Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures and conduct regular audits to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and safety.Professional Registration: Must hold a Professional Engineer (PR Eng) Electrical designation or equivalent.Experience: Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in engineering roles, with at least 2 - 3 years in a senior capacity managing large-scale (500MW+) solar power plants.Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of solar plant design, construction, and operation.
