Procurement and Network Management and responsible for managing the Ambulance, Emergency Medical Services Automotive and Home service Providers as a whole; implement more efficient ways of providing service. Manage and oversee Cost Control Division.Duties:xc2xb7 Manage EMS, Auto & Home Service Providersxc2xb7 Extend and enhance the panel of service providers.xc2xb7 Negotiate and manage rates/outcomes with service providers.xc2xb7 Advise management on related processes, procedures and protocols.xc2xb7 Timeous production of required stats and reportsxc2xb7 Understands and interprets stats, reports, products and SLA with clients to ensure smooth running of the department (this has a direct impact on service levels and customer services if not understood)xc2xb7 Ensures that department policies and procedures are updated in order to ensure continuing effectiveness, and communicates and implements same, effectively.xc2xb7 Assist staff when they experience complaints and problems with Service Providersxc2xb7 Ensure monthly KPIs are tracked and reported on.xc2xb7 Manage the onboarding and support of the digital platforms and engagements with providers to ensure correct utilization of the platform.Perform training with providers and host roadshows nationallyRequirements:xc2xb7 Min 3 years working experience at a manager level within an emergency dispatch environment or insurance related environment.xc2xb7 Excellent geographical knowledge of South Africa and Africaxc2xb7 Understanding the complexity of service provider services within the companys business environmentxc2xb7 Ability to manage own time.xc2xb7 Excellent administrative skillsxc2xb7 Articulate in English/Afrikaans (ethnic languages will be an advantage)Should you not receive a response within 10 working days, please consider your application as unsuccessfulS
