Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage mineral processing projects from conception to completion.
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Manage plant modifications, expansions, and process optimization initiatives.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering.
Minimum of five years experience in the mineral processing industry.
Proven experience in managing teams and contractors within a project environment.
Strong understanding of processing plant operations, equipment, and design.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience with industry-specific software and tools is advantageous.
