Responsibilities include engaging with different stakeholders to identify solutions to production challenges or finding innovations to improve production efficiency and real time monitoring of orchard conditions. The incumbent will be involved in short- and medium-term projects that may require multi-discipline coordination with a strong focus on communication and project management. The incumbent will daily basis capture and analyse data coordinate their teamsxe2x80x99 activities and look after their training and safety in the workplace. The horticulturalist will also support breeders with plant screening in various geographies. The role requires strong communication skills to translate research findings into practical applications, either through reports or presentations.
