• Oversee the maintenance and development of the estate's gardens, lawns, and green spaces.
• Design and implement landscaping projects that enhance the aesthetic appeal and ecological health of the estate.
• Manage a team of groundskeepers, providing training and supervision to ensure high standards of work.
• Develop and execute seasonal planting plans, including the selection of suitable plants and flowers.
• Monitor and manage irrigation systems, soil health, and pest control measures.
• Maintain inventory and budget for gardening supplies, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
• Respond promptly to residents' inquiries and requests regarding the grounds.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience as a Horticulturist or Grounds Manager, preferably in a high-end residential or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of local flora, landscaping techniques, and sustainable gardening practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
