Job Summary MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant degree in Agriculture: Horticulture/Agronomy/Soil Science
- 4 xe2x80x93 5 years previous experience
- Propagation and flower farm experience advantageous
- Computer literate
- Manage and work with a team of workers efficiently and effectively
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to speak Zulu advantageous
- Valid driverxe2x80x99s license
