Job Description
The Night Manager will ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety while providing leadership and support to the night shift staff.Qualifications and Requirements:
- Nursing degree or diploma
- ICU post-basic diploma or 6 month certificate is essential.
- Previous experience in a senior shift leader/supervisory role within a healthcare setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make sound clinical decisions and manage emergency situations effectively.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
