Hospitality Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an Experienced Hospitality Manager for our client based in Stellenbosch.
Requirements:
Grade 12
WSET / Diploma in Wine
2-4 years management experience in a tasting room or similar environment
Previous experience in the wine industry will be beneficial
Excellent knowledge of wines and sales skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Lightspeed POS system knowledge will be beneficial
Excellent customer service and the ability to put the customer first and to do problem solving
Creating a memorable experience for all customers
