Job Description
We are looking for an Experienced Hospitality Manager to join our client based in Stellenbosch.You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Hospitality Management and Tasting Room, including maximization of financial performance of Tasting Room and events, client satisfaction, business and staff development within established quality standards.Grade 12WSET / Diploma in Wine2-4 years management experience in a tasting room or similar environmentPrevious experience in the wine industry will be beneficialExcellent knowledge of wines and sales skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsLightspeed POS system knowledge will be beneficialExcellent customer service and the ability to put the customer first and to do problem solvingCreating a memorable experience for all customersExcellent leadership and management skills
