Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development

• Identify and secure new business opportunities for hotels, resorts, restaurants, or hospitality services
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
• Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Create compelling content for social media, websites, and promotional materials
• Manage online reputation, including guest reviews and feedback on platforms like Google, TripAdvisor, and social media
• Plan and oversee promotional events, trade shows, and sponsorships
• Digital Marketing & Advertising

• Oversee social media management and digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing)
• Optimize website content and SEO to drive organic traffic
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization
• Revenue & Performance Management

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed
• Collaborate with revenue management teams to optimize pricing and promotions
• Prepare reports on marketing effectiveness, sales conversions, and return on investment

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry
• Strong network within the hospitality sector (corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners)
• Experience with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and social media management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and competitive landscape
• Fluency in Afrikaans

• Experience in luxury hospitality sales and marketing
• Familiarity with revenue management and pricing strategies
• Strong analytical skills for performance tracking and reporting
