Job description (Details of the position i.e. duties):-Onboarding of new clients to our software
-Post-onboarding client follow ups/check-ins
-Onboarding new POS clients
-Implementing integrations, like financial interfaces
-Consultative projects related to data changes
-Keep up to date with new product features and services to advise clients
-Maintaining and updating onboarding SOPs and documentation
-Onboarding of new properties (existing clients)Experience, Qualifications and skills:
-This person should have project management, key account management, client onboarding skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Knowledge of the tourism/hospitality industry is preferredBenefits: We provide medical aid, pension fund and profit share for candidates who qualify.
