Job description (Details of the position i.e. duties):- Conduct online and on-site training as required by our clients
- Produce training videos as required
- Prepare and update training content on an ongoing basis
- Maintain and track the our demo database (including regular data cleaning)
- Continuous improvement of Training documentation and processes (SOPs)
- Coordinate, plan and booking for travel
- Ensure training support tickets are up to date
- Continuous updating of Learn Online content
- Complete weekly feedback to all stakeholders
- Submit all required post-training feedback to clients and relevant departments
- Timeously escalate any barriers to completing training
- Maintain Training stats documentation
- Compile and present stats in internal notifications and presentations
- Ensure that training is updated with relevant Hotfix updates
- Continuous learning of our product as it evolves
- Assist with user testingExperience, Qualifications and skills:- This person should have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Knowledge of the tourism/hospitality industry is a plus
