Responsibilities:

Greeting and Seating Guests:
- Warmly welcome guests as they enter the restaurant.
- Manage reservations and walk-in customers efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.

Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Assist guests with special requests or accommodations.

Communication:
- Effectively communicate with the restaurant staff to coordinate seating and table turnovers.
- Relay important information to servers and kitchen staff.

Reservation Management:
- Handle phone calls and online reservations.
- Keep an organized record of reservations and manage the seating chart.

Maintaining the Waiting Area:
- Ensure the waiting area is clean and well-organized.
- Manage the flow of guests to avoid congestion in the entrance area.
- Upselling and Promotions:
- Promote daily specials and upsell items to enhance the guest experience.

Handling Payment and Farewell:
- Present checks to guests and process payments.
- Bid farewell to guests and thank them for their visit.

- Strong organizational skills to manage reservations and coordinate seating efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R7,000.00 - R7,500.00 per month
