Hostess/Liaison Officer and Theatre Technician - FourwaysFull job descriptionLocation: PAIN FourwaysPAIN Collective is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our patients. We specialize in conservative and holistic pain management, utilizing an interdisciplinary approach to treat a range of conditions without surgery. Our team is committed to creating a welcoming environment and delivering high-quality care.:We are seeking a versatile, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join our team as a Hostess, Liaison Officer, and Theatre Technician. The successful candidate will perform a variety of roles, including hospitality, administrative support, and technical assistance in our theatre.Key Responsibilities:Work as a Theatre Technician on Mondays, handling theatre stock, managing theatre lists, and operating medical equipment.Capture and manage data in the theatre.Liaise with doctors, patients, hospital administration, and other healthcare professionals.Serve as a Hostess on Thursdays, warmly welcoming guests, including patients and visitors, to ensure a hospitable and comfortable environment.Serve beverages to guests and assist in creating a pleasant experience.Maintain a pristine reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently.Act as a Liaison Officer on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, facilitating communication between doctors, patients and therapist.Represent PAIN Collective with professionalism and dedication.Communicate effectively with other doctors about PAIN Collective.Requirements:Tech-savvy with strong computer skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.Strong administrative skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Well-groomed and professional appearance.Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting will be an advantage.Must have own transport.Availability to travel for training in Cape Town; flights, accommodation, and meals will be provided.Schedule:Mondays: Theatre TechnicianTuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays: Liaison OfficerThursdays: HostessHow to Apply:If you are a dedicated and adaptable individual with a passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence, we invite you to apply for this unique and rewarding position.Please send a one-page CV to jolandi@healthcollectiveheal.comNote:If you do not hear back from us within two weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per monthApplication Deadline: 2024/09/06
