Hosting T2 Support - Port ElizabethMinimum RequirementsGrade 12Minimum 2-year IT administration experience in a client and system support capacityExperience with implementation of Linux and Windows systems, configure and maintain services like IIS, Apache, NGINX, LiteSpeed, Varnish, BIND, MySQL, MSsql, Dovecot, Postfix etc.Server hardware and software support experienceAbility to engage with senior level positions.Linux operating systems (CentOS, AlmaLinux), configuration and supportExperience and knowledge of domain registration process, DNS delegation/zones etc.Experience and knowledge with hosting control panels such as cPanel, Plesk, CWP, InterWorx etc.Experience with support and maintenance of shared hosting server environment.Linux LPI will be advantageous.Knowledge of automation software like Ansible or Puppet will be advantageous.The successful candidate will join our Hosting Team and take care of escalations, server maintenance/improvement.Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Selected weekends, public holidays as well as a limited night shift period.
