We are looking for a candidate with substantial experience in managing a business / tertiary campus WITH exceptional Sales Skills to oversee daily operations and the ongoing training & development of students, programme facilitation, school administration, campus and staff management, sales & marketing activities, academic & curriculum control, financial management and the strategic implimentation and control of systems and campus activities.PLEASE NOTE: ProStaffSelect have been appointed to recruit for this vacancy to protect the identity of all applicants and to ensure absolute confidentiality throughout the screening process.REQUIREMENTS:3-year Degree qualification in Business Management or Hospitality Management / Culinary Arts / Sales & Marketing3 - 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in managing a small to medium sized tertiary college / hotel school / chef school is essentialProven track record in growing sales of a business.Exceptional administration, communication and organizational skillsManagement and Leadership Skills, Highly Computer Literate, Strong Interpersonal skillsWell-networked industry professional, attended regular seminars, business school courses to keep up with developments in area of specialityKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Implement the national sales strategy and achieve Campus sales targets for both the Hotel and Chef SchoolEffective management of cost control of Campus financials, as well as Debtors management to ensure profitability and sustainabilityManagement of System Administration and facilities in and around the campusTo comply with accrediting bodies and have a high standard of quality and excellenceManage performance of Campus staffEnsure the Company/Campus Social Responsibility initiatives are supportedImplement Customer Relationship Management Strategy at the campus
