A well-regarded dining establishment within a hotel chain is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager with 7-10 years relevant experience. The perfect candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.Responsibilities:Plan and implement budgetsEnsure correct handling procedures to minimize china and glassware breakage and food wasteImplement and monitor consistency of food and beverage policies and proceduresManage physical inventoryAssist in planning and implementing procedures for special club events and banquet functionsEnsure that all health, hygiene and safety standards are consistently metMaintain appearance, upkeep and cleanliness of all food and beverage equipment and facilitiesHire, train and supervise subordinates within the beverage departmentOversee recruitment of staff in housekeeping departmentAudit monthly payroll for beverage and housekeeping departmentGreet guests and oversee actual service on a regular basis to ensure consistency of serviceAddress member and guest complaintsDevelop on-going professional development and training programs for service and bar production / service personnelRequirements:Minimum 7-10 years experience in similar role within the Hospitality industry - Restaurant Manager / Food and Beverage ManagerThree-year hospitality or club management qualification beneficial but not essentialOwn transport Apply:
