Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct telephone calls.
  • Assist with guest queries and resolve complaints.
  • Manage reservations, including making adjustments as needed.
  • Process payments and compile invoices for guest stays.
  • Conduct daily reporting and handovers.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
Requirements:
  • Recent experience with Opera System (minimum 1 year).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a hotel reception role.
  • Polite, friendly, and able to think on your feet.
  • Well-spoken and well-presented individual.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Grade 12 and computer literate.
