  • Post-matric Hotel School Qualification
  • 5+years' in a General Manager role within a luxury hotel
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Expertise in budgeting
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in OPERA Cloud
  • Charismatic and warm personality, capable of naturally connecting with guests and staff alike.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Develop and execute annual business plans and budgets
  • Analyse financial performance and maintain competitive benchmarks
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Lead and appraise department heads, ensuring top-notch service and operations
  • Drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and staff productivity
