- Post-matric Hotel School Qualification
- 5+years' in a General Manager role within a luxury hotel
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Expertise in budgeting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in OPERA Cloud
- Charismatic and warm personality, capable of naturally connecting with guests and staff alike.
- Develop and execute annual business plans and budgets
- Analyse financial performance and maintain competitive benchmarks
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
- Lead and appraise department heads, ensuring top-notch service and operations
- Drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and staff productivity
