Job Description


Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of service across all departments.
  • Lead and motivate the team, ensuring exceptional performance in guest services, housekeeping, and facilities management.
  • Maintain a strong presence in guest-facing areas, ensuring the delivery of a seamless guest experience.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and profitability while ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, repeat business, and overall hotel performance.
  • Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and ensure all guest requests are met promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with the department heads to ensure smooth communication and coordination between all teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, health & safety standards, and local regulations.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage, motivate, and inspire staff.
  • Previous experience in high-end hotel management, preferably at a 5-star level.
  • A hands-on approach to daily operations and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent guest-facing personality with a passion for providing outstanding service.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of operations.
  • Experience managing hotel departments such as Reservations, Reception, Grounds, and Housekeeping.
  • Exceptional ability to manage guest relations and ensure their expectations are exceeded.
  • A minimum of 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a senior hotel management role.
