- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Schedule and oversee repairs, maintenance, and renovations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage the maintenance budget and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to guests.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance the lifespan of facilities and equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a high-end hotel or similar environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle emergencies.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
