The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in luxury hotel management, a visionary approach to leadership, and a dedication to maintaining and elevating their high standards of excellence.
As the Hotel Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, enhancing guest engagement, and driving the propertys success, with a consistent focus on ensuring a sustainable business.Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality profession.
  • Skills:
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Protel).
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Strategic thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring seamless service.
  • Guest Experience: Uphold the highest standards of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly, anticipating needs, and consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Team Engagement: Lead, recruit, train, and motivate a team of professionals. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
  • Financial Performance: Support the General Manager in managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimising revenue through effective pricing strategies and operational efficiencies.
  • Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and legal regulations. Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones. Oversee sales activities and promotional events.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and local community organisations.
  • Sustainability: Ensure that business sustainability is at the forefront of all operational and strategic decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present monthly reports on key performance indicators.
