Candidate requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience in senior Hospitality Management positions.
Sound computer knowledge.
Proven track record of having made targets.
Sound product knowledge, including international trends.
Sound knowledge of product & supply.
Valid code 08 drivers license and own reliable transportation essential.
Excellent attention to detail, excellent hygiene principals.
Guest focus philosophy.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), practicing honest communication.
Team player with a positive attitude, enthusiasm & emotional control.
Excellent time management, self-discipline, interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
Proactive, able to use initiative and able to provide a creative flair when required.
Committed, loyal, adaptable & flexible.
Must be able to work accurately under pressure.
Excellent people skills, tolerance, patience & care.
Leadership skills with a passion for development & skills transfer
