Candidate requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in senior Hospitality Management positions.
  • Sound computer knowledge.
  • Proven track record of having made targets.
  • Sound product knowledge, including international trends.
  • Sound knowledge of product & supply.
  • Valid code 08 drivers license and own reliable transportation essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail, excellent hygiene principals.
  • Guest focus philosophy.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), practicing honest communication.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, enthusiasm & emotional control.
  • Excellent time management, self-discipline, interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, able to use initiative and able to provide a creative flair when required.
  • Committed, loyal, adaptable & flexible.
  • Must be able to work accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent people skills, tolerance, patience & care.
  • Leadership skills with a passion for development & skills transfer
