This is a 2 month role.

We are looking for a relief manager - which could potentially become a full time role.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality management with a particular focus on guesthouse operations.

Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, maintaining high standards of guest service, coordinating bookings, handling guest inquiries and concerns, managing property maintenance, and ensuring the overall success and profitability of the establishment.

In addition to your excellent managerial skills, we are looking for someone who is tech-savvy and can utilize technology to streamline operations, enhance guest experiences, and drive business growth. The job may require you to visit our Guesthouse on the Breede River monthly.

The job will require you to work weekends (some but not all)

3. At least 2 years guesthouse experience.
