Job Summary Hotel Receptionist Job Summary: Provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and ensure a warm welcome for guests at our hotel. Key Responsibilities: Guest Services: Check-in/check-out guests, handle room assignments, and process payments. Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide local information. Handle guest complaints and escalate issues to management. Front Desk Operations: Manage room keys, allocate rooms, and monitor room availability. Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and payments. Monitor and respond to phone calls, emails, and messages. Manage shift reports, balance cash, and perform daily reconciliations. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments. Greet guests warmly and provide personalized service. Respond promptly to guest requests. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Requirements: 1.
