Key Responsibilities:



Guest Check-In and Check-Out:

Greet guests warmly, check in and out guests quickly, and address any requests or concerns.

Reservations:

Manage bookings, cancellations, and changes, and make sure rooms are ready for guests.

Providing Information:

Share details about hotel services, local attractions, and assist with transportation or restaurant bookings.

Handling Payments:

Process payments and provide receipts or invoices to guests.

Guest Service:

Meet guest needs, help with special requests, and solve any problems they may have.

Administrative Tasks:

Keep guest records accurate, answer calls and emails, and maintain a clean, organized front desk area.

Teamwork:

Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and the General Manager to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Skills Needed:



Communication:

Be clear and polite when talking with guests.

Problem-Solving:

Quickly solve any issues that may arise.

Attention to Detail:

Make sure guest bookings and requests are correct.

Multitasking:

Handle multiple tasks at once without making mistakes.

Tech Skills:

Know how to use hotel management software and payment systems.

Work Environment:



The job may be busy, especially during busy times or special events. Hours can vary, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
This role is important for making sure guests have a great experience and keeping the hotel running smoothly.
