Your responsibilities include managing the team, maintaining high standards of service, controlling inventory, and fostering a competent and motivated workforceDescriptionResponsibilities
- - Strategic planning to deliver outlet business goals
- - Motivating and coaching team members
- - Effective decision-making and problem-solving
- - Continuous training and development
- - Performance analysis and review for improvement
- - Expertise in food and beverage costing
- - In-depth knowledge of food and beverage products
- - Specialized beverage knowledge, including wine and coffee
- - Team planning and operational management skills
- - Experience in product development and stock control
- - Proficiency in computer systems, preferably Micros/Opera
- Hotel School Diploma or equivalent National Qualification at a Diploma level
- 5-6 years in the food and beverage industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Flexible availability for shifts
- Physical ability to move equipment
- Willingness to work in alternative outlets as needed
